Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you are using a known donor (egg or sperm) a fertility clinic will often require you to meet with a mental health clinician who will provide them with a letter of support.

    I can work with you to complete this process.

  • While I do not accept insurance, upon request I can provide you with a statement, or in some cases a superbill, to submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company regarding possible benefits and for communicating with me about wanting to receive statements or superbills.

  • Please note that I have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the session. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance of your session to help you with this policy.

  • I can meet with clients in person or virtual. My office is located in Central Austin.

  • I meet with clients Tuesday - Thursdays from 10am to 4pm.
